FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE - our brochure provides full details
  This level of service will most suit those landlords who live either out of the area or abroad and therefore would find it impossible to deal with the everyday running of the tenancy.
  Also suiting those landlords who prefer a buffer between themselves and their tenants, so that Easylet is contacted in the first instance regarding maintenance, repairs, rent and queries.
  Easylet property check staff visit the property midway through the first tenancy and six monthly thereafter, reporting the findings to you.
  Easylet maintenance staff are available 7 days per week, out of office hours, via a pager number, for tenants to contact in the case of maintenance emergencies.

LETTING ONLY SERVICE - our brochure provides full details
  This level of service would most suit those landlords living within the vicinity but still requiring Easylet to collect the rent throughout the tenancy and remain on hand to offer relevant advice and assistance with the tenancy.
  There are no property checks during tenancy and your tenants do not have access to our emergency pager service. So, your tenants would contact you directly regarding maintenance, repairs or queries.

INTRODUCTION ONLY SERVICE - our brochure provides full details
  This level of service would most suit very experienced landlords, maybe already managing several other properties.
  Once the tenancy has commenced, Easylet hands the entire file to the landlord. We would not collect rent, carry out property checks during tenancy, deal with any queries from your tenants or become involved at all with property maintenance.
  Easylet would always be available to you for free advice during the tenancy, but once you have been handed the file, you are basically on your own.
