Reduced administration fees for existing tenants moving to another property with Easylet

Our properties are advertised in our Worthing office window, the Post Office window at Mulberry Lane, Goring and Tarring News in Tarring Village. Also the Property Weekly and Property Today websites, the Property Today newspaper in The Herald and The Advertiser, the Lettings section in the Property Weekly.

Not all of our properties have "To Let" boards outside and we cannot always fit every property into our newspaper advertising, therefore please contact our office for information on newly registered properties.

   

Viewings at properties must be booked via Easylet and you will be accompanied by a member of staff.

Doorstep to doorstep driving directions can be emailed to you for property viewings.
Colour photos of available properties can be emailed to you.
If you wish to reserve a property, subject to your references and the landlord's approval, you must pay an advance holding payment to Easylet, which will then be refunded when you take up the tenancy - in accordance with the terms and conditions on our advance holding payment form.

Each adult must complete our application form so that we may take up references, tenancies are only granted subject to satisfactory references and credit checks. Personal identification and proof of residency are also required.
A guarantor may be required to satisfy the referencing agency and to qualify the landlord for legal expenses or rent guarantee cover on the tenancy ie if you have county court judgements/housing benefit assistance. Easylet would require a credit worthy guarantor, homeowner in the UK and able to prove sufficient income.
   
As an agency, we do accept applicants in receipt of housing benefit assistance, however not all of our landlords will accept this situation, therefore please register your requirements with us and we shall do our best to find a suitable property for you.
Upon commencement of the minimum 6 month tenancy, we require one months rent plus a deposit, plus any tenancy administration fees, less the holding fee already paid. Payment must be made in secure funds i.e.: cash/ bank draft/ building society cheque, prior to the signing of the tenancy agreement.
